Astronumerovision offers digital products, services, and physical products. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the nature of the product purchased.

1. Digital Products & Astrology Services

• All digital products, downloadable reports, and astrology services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is completed.
• Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, refunds cannot be provided.

2. Physical Products (Crystal Bracelets & Gemstones)

• Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds / Returns:

• Physical products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

• The product is damaged during transit, or

• An incorrect product is delivered

• In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Payment Failures

• If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway as per their timelines.
